HOW TO SCAN OUR QR CODES...
What are QR Codes and why must I download QR Code software? QR codes are those little squares with black and white boxes in them. You often find QR Codes in advertising and other markets. We, at the Pittsford Cemetery, are beginning to install QR Codes for our most interesting "residents". When you decode one of our QR Codes, biographical data is revealed to you on a second web page.. Some of the newer phones come with the decoding software already loaded. Simply aim your camera. (See the instructions directly below on the left.) Older phones and some other devices do not come pre-loaded with the software and for this reason you must download QR Code readers to decode the contents of any QR Code you may come across. Directly below, on the right, are some basic steps to help you get started. NOTE: (Make sure you have a mobile signal or you are connected to Wi-Fi) |
