NATHAN CALHOUN...

Nathan Calhoun came to Pittsford, then known as Northfield in 1787 when he was 19 years of age. He was probably born in Mass. In 1778. He was able to purchase 130 acres of land, so he must have had some money and he must have known how to manage it as he was known as “well to do” when he died in 1857.
