KALI ANN POULTON...

This beautiful little 4½ year old girl was riding her Big Wheel on a sidewalk near her home in East Rochester. She was living at the Gleason Estates apartment complex with her mother, Judy Gifford-Tosh, until she was brutally murdered on May 23, 1994 by her neighbor.
